PropertySL.com reserves the right to remove or suspend listings or advertisements that violate these terms or applicable laws.
Promotional pricing and discounts are valid for limited periods and subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion.
4.4 Intellectual Property in Listings
You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant PropertySL.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your listing content on our platform and through our marketing channels.
5.1 Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate property information, images, and pricing details, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of such information.
PropertySL.com is not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in property listings or pricing.
